Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company is seeking a Project Engineer 2 to support AP1000 project development at its Cranberry Township, PA headquarters. The role involves collaboration across engineering disciplines to deliver design and analysis for new nuclear builds, with global scope and periodic travel.

You will report to the Engineering Manager of AP1000 Project Development and work in a hybrid model combining on-site collaboration with remote work, aligned to project needs and international

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required across disciplines (Mechanical, Electrical, Nuclear, Chemical).
• Minimum 3 years of applicable experience.
• Ability to travel internationally as projects require (up to +/- 10%).

Responsibilities

• Assess incoming customer requests and develop response plans.
• Compile technical design information into reports across multiple areas.
• Interact with engineering groups to drive on-time, high-quality delivery on a new build project.
• Support bid and proposal efforts across Europe and globally.
• Troubleshoot challenges and develop recovery plans.
• Lead as a contact for Functional Area Leads and Project Coordinators.
