Job summary

Fluke in Everett, WA seeks an experienced Global NPI Test Engineer to lead test strategy, validation, and fixture development for new product introductions from concept through launch.

The role emphasizes DF T, automated testing, and cross-functional collaboration with Design, Manufacturing and Quality teams. International travel is required, and fluent English is essential for global communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in Test Engineering, Product Validation or NPI.
• Experience developing verification and validation plans.
• Experience designing automated test systems and fixtures.
• DFT knowledge and experience with product development.
• Fluent English communication, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead test engineering activities for NPI projects from concept to production launch.
• Develop verification/validation strategies to meet requirements.
• Support EVT, DVT, PVT, pilot builds and launches.
• Drive Design for Testability (DFT) reviews with teams.
• Define test plans, procedures and acceptance criteria.
• Create automated test solutions to improve coverage and efficiency.
• Collaborate with global teams across engineering and operations.
