Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent with 5+ years technical experience.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing engineering principles and lean/kaizen.
- Experience with SPC and DOE tools.
- Familiarity with electronic components and MCU interfaces is a plus.
- Experience with NPI and new project introductions preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily cell QDC operations and new project setups.
- Lead Kaizen activities for one-piece flow and Kanban.
- Escalate unresolved issues within 30 minutes to the production manager.
- Train and mentor TE ENG staff; develop testing SOPs with RD.
- Certify operator skills and support migration to SHIFU manufacturing.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
