Job summary

Jabil seeks a seasoned NPI/Program Manager to lead technology transfers from design centers to high-volume manufacturing across Asia. You will coordinate qualification plans, establish timelines, and ensure readiness across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality teams.

You will drive risk mitigation, tracking of milestones, and stakeholder communications while aligning with overall business priorities. Some remote work is possible with onsite collaboration as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or related discipline.
• 5–7 years in NPI, manufacturing operations, program management or related functions.
• Experience in high-volume technology manufacturing environments.
• Experience leading cross-functional and global teams in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead new product introductions and technology transfers to Asia.
• Develop qualification processes to assess manufacturing site capabilities and identify gaps against project requirements.
• Establish project timelines, milestones, and measurable objectives to track progress.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and operations in the U.S. and Asia.
• Manage production line and supply chain readiness activities to support launches.
• Coordinate and oversee builds throughout the NPI lifecycle and resolve issues promptly.
• Develop and execute qualification plans for certifications and customer requirements.
• Collaborate with design engineering and manufacturing to close gaps relative to goals.
• Partner with operations and global support teams to resolve issues and remove obstacles.
• Provide regular project status updates to teams and leadership.
• Ensure projects align with business strategy and priorities.
• Evaluate risks and develop mitigation plans for successful implementation.
• Maintain reliable delivery schedules and timelines for commitments.
• Lead without direct authority, leveraging site resources and influencing stakeholders.
• Adhere to safety, environmental, and company security policies.
