Qualifications

Engineering or Science background from an accredited institution preferred.

Ability to lead global cross-functional teams and manage vendors.

Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate a portfolio of consumer product NPI projects with clear timelines, milestones, owners and deliverables.
Coordinate across project teams, stakeholders and vendors to track progress and resolve issues.
Lead and improve vendor engagement processes, including intake, follow-up, documentation, status tracking and escalations.
Support portfolio governance with status updates, dashboards and documentation for leadership.
Drive consistency and continuous improvement in project tracking, reporting and portfolio management.
