Job summary

Amphenol Communications Solutions in Nashua, NH is seeking a Global Project Engineer to lead CBS Global NPI programs from design transfer through EVT, DVT, PVT, qualification, pilot, and MP release. You will coordinate Product Engineering, Global NPI, Industrial Engineering and other teams to ensure readiness and on-time launches.

The role requires strong PM skills, BOM/Drawing knowledge, and experience with PLM/ERP systems, BOM readiness, and process validation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline is required.
3-5 years in NPI, project or manufacturing engineering, or complex technical projects.
Experience coordinating cross-functional engineering and manufacturing activities.
Proficiency with BOMs, drawings, validation, and manufacturing launch requirements.
Strong scheduling, risk management, and issue escalation.

Responsibilities

Drive execution for global CBS NPI programs from design transfer to mass production ramp.
Develop integrated execution plans covering BOM readiness, tooling, testing and validation.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across sites to meet milestones.
Lead action-item discipline, manage risks, and escalate blockers with clear impact.
Support NPI phase-gate readiness reviews and manufacturing readiness activities.
Plan build readiness including staffing, capacity, and engineering support.
