Job summary

Apple is seeking an NPI Program Manager in Business Operations to lead New Product Introductions and Peak Events from Sunnyvale. You will partner with business and technical teams, dive into details, and help Operations Systems perform reliably at scale.

You will speak clearly about business impact and technical causes, and support order-level debugging when needed. Ideal candidates are organized, detail-oriented, and excel at communicating across teams in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years experience as a program manager, project coordinator, or team lead, ideally in a global or matrixed support organization.
• 3+ years experience with Order to Cash processes and systems.
• 3+ years experience with SAP ECC 6 / S/4HANA.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive NPI programs within Apple Operations Systems during peak events and product launches.
• Collaborate across business and technical teams to ensure reliable, scalable system performance.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform order-level debugging, and communicate impact and root cause clearly.
• Support process and system execution to launch products on time with high quality and availability.
• Occasional travel to align with cross-functional and global stakeholders.
