Job summary

TaylorMade Golf is seeking a Product Manufacturing Engineer to lead industrialization of new golf ball designs. You will work with manufacturing sites in Asia to move from prototype to commercialization, troubleshoot production issues, and drive cost, quality, speed, and yield improvements, reporting test results to management.

Responsibilities include tooling coordination, first article builds, and ensuring readiness for launches while applying SPC and Lean principles.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot production and equipment problems.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Process Optimization, 6-Sigma.
• Experience in a manufacturing/engineering environment.
• Strong data analysis and SPC knowledge.
• Willing to travel up to 3x per year.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular communication with global vendors to align specs, timelines, and project direction.
• Coordinate tooling, prototypes, and first article builds through evaluation and testing.
• Support manufacturing execution to meet performance, conformance, quality, and cost targets using SPC data.
• Own manufacturing readiness timelines for new product launches, driving milestones to meet launch dates.
• Generate test data reports and summaries for Engineering Management.
• Develop and control documents/specifications for new product designs and manufacturing processes.
• Drive continuous improvement across production processes and tooling.
