Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end launch readiness for new product introductions across Retail and Online channels, coordinating global and regional teams to identify, track, and resolve dependencies.
• Shape launch quote, fulfillment, and conversion strategies; provide updates and escalate risks to cross-functional and executive teams.
• Partner with SDM, BPR, Retail, Online, Logistics, Ops Readiness and RCC to define launch strategies and ensure alignment ahead of launches.
• Build and maintain communications that keep partners globally aligned on launch status and decisions.
• Establish and improve management systems supporting fulfillment readiness from order placement to delivery.
• Drive post-launch analysis to identify root causes and opportunities for improvement and implement changes through cross-functional collaboration.
• Identify opportunities to develop tools and automation to scale processes over time.
