Job summary

Edwards Lifesciences is seeking a Director, New Product Introduction to drive Global Supply Chain activities from concept to commercialization for new products. You will coordinate with BU partners and cross-functional teams to ensure program milestones, manufacturing readiness, and risk mitigation.

You will manage large-scale product launches, transfer to external manufacturers, and guide governance reviews, while developing budgets, dashboards, and talent pipelines across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in engineering or science.
• 12+ years in manufacturing operations with 5+ years in new product development transfers or introductions.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct reporting authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive Supply Chain Plan for new product programs.
• Ensure integration into NPD/I process through early BU collaboration.
• Establish a business continuity roadmap for new products and mitigate supply/quality risks.
