Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Non-Inventory Supply Chain Manager to design procurement processes, drive strategic projects, and execute day-to-day operations across the network, including Prime Air initiatives. You will collaborate with launch teams, operations, and various stakeholders to ensure site readiness and continuity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Experience with data analysis and basic Excel skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects and priorities across teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• 1+ years of Purchasing, Inventory Management & Supply Chain experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with launch teams, operations, and Category to align suppliers, item selection, and delivery with site needs.
• Develop and implement ordering strategies considering site configurations and constraints.
• Drive integration projects and change management with senior management and partners.
• Monitor procurement plans and escalate risks as network grows or new sites launch.
• Identify opportunities to drive cost savings, efficiencies, and standardization.
• Establish new sites and enable ordering including system setup and catalog configuration.
• Conduct weekly cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies.
• Resolve procurement tickets and escalations, supporting intake across sites.
