Job summary

Splash International, a global nonprofit headquartered in Seattle, seeks a CFO to lead financial strategy, compliance, risk oversight, and long-term sustainability across its US and international operations.

You will partner with the CEO, Board, and country leadership to craft capital plans, manage donor reporting, blended finance, and government co-financing while strengthening governance, systems, and multi-country budgeting.

Qualifications

• Experience leading financial strategy for large NGOs or international nonprofits.
• Strong knowledge of US nonprofit finance, GAAP, IFRS, and donor reporting.
• Experience with multi-country operations and government co-financing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead global budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and audits across multiple countries.
• Oversee compliance, risk management, internal controls, and donor reporting.
• Partner with CEO, country leaders, and development teams to align resources with strategy.
