Job summary

Linde plc is seeking a senior network security leader to provide strategic oversight for global security incidents and drive zero-trust initiatives. You will champion Palo Alto, Zscaler, and related technologies across Office, Cloud, and OT environments, influencing governance and architecture while collaborating with global stakeholders.

Ideal candidates bring 7–10 years in IT network/security, strong communication, and a track record of leading distributed teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT or related field.
7–10 years of IT network/security experience.
Formal training and certification in network security.
Experience in globally distributed teams across locations/time zones.
Willing to travel as required.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic oversight for Level 2/3 network security incidents across Americas and globally.
Lead deployment of Palo Alto and Zscaler technologies with stakeholders.
Define and govern network security services globally for various environments.
Define zero-trust security initiatives in collaboration with leaders.
Evaluate emerging cybersecurity trends to promote next-gen security capabilities.
Establish KPIs for network security services and drive improvement.
Develop and govern security control frameworks and architecture standards.
Ensure security controls comply with policies and regulatory requirements.
Provide leadership to project teams and vendors to ensure successful initiatives.
Advise leadership on strategy, investments, and risk.
