Job summary

McDonald’s Global Technology seeks a Sr. Manager, Network Operations to lead a globally distributed team of network engineers responsible for availability, performance and resilience of the restaurant network in support of GRNT.

You will own incident response, change governance, vendor management, and network automation initiatives, partnering with Global Network Engineering, Deployment and regional teams to ensure security, scalability and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Network Operations or Engineering in global environments.
• 5+ years leading operations teams across regions or time zones.
• Experience with network monitoring, ITIL incident/change management and SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Lead a globally distributed team of Network Operations Engineers and senior resources.
• Own incident response, change governance, and operational KPI reporting.
• Drive network automation and cost-efficient service delivery across markets.
• Partner with Global Network Engineering, Deployment and regional IT teams.
