Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 7–10 years in network engineering with 3–5 years in leadership roles.
• Experience with SOC2 Type II or CMMC compliance guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee global LAN/WAN/VPN infrastructure for reliability and security.
• Manage hardware lifecycle and vendor relationships across sites.
• Lead on-call rotation and 24/7 coverage for critical issues.
• Mentor junior admins and document configurations and processes.
