Job summary

You will mentor junior staff, collaborate with vendors, and ensure reliable routing across Iyuno's global network, including IP telephony support. A CCNA and 4+ years of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology or equivalent experience.
• CCNA certification is required; higher qualifications are encouraged.
• At least four years designing/administering networks with Cisco or Brocade/Foundry devices.
• At least four years of experience with firewalls, VPNs, and LAN/WAN environments.
• Experience with Palo Alto firewalls and Panorama.
• Linux experience is advantageous.
• SolarWinds and Cacti experience is advantageous.
• Python scripting is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise LAN and WAN systems.
• Design network solutions to meet defined technical and business requirements.
• Manage Cisco VPN services and provide Tier 3 client support.
• Manage IPS/IDS, web filtering, and Palo Alto next-gen firewalls.
• Maintain DMZ environments and protections for client internet access.
• Produce accurate network diagrams and documentation for operations.
• Provide technical guidance to junior staff and collaborate with vendors.
• Plan and troubleshoot dynamic routing across Iyuno's global environment.
• Support IP telephony systems and provider networks.
• Lead multiple complex projects in a large-company setting.
