Job summary

Centraprise is seeking a Global Network Lead to shape strategy, design, and governance of the organization’s worldwide network. You will direct operations across data centers, cloud environments, and offices, coordinating a team of network engineers and service providers to ensure optimal performance.

You will lead initiatives in cloud, SD-WAN, and Zero Trust, define standards, and drive continuous improvement with measurable KPIs and executive reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience leading global network strategy and governance.
• Expertise in LAN/WAN, data centers, cloud networking.
• Proven ability to manage incidents, changes and escalations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure 24x7 availability of enterprise network services.
• Oversee LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, Internet, VPN, and data center networks.
• Manage incidents, problems, and change management processes.
• Act as the executive escalation point for P1/P2 incidents.
• Define and execute the global network roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Lead network transformation initiatives including cloud, SD-WAN, Zero Trust.
• Establish network standards, policies, and best practices globally.
• Drive modernization of network infrastructure.
• Mentor global network engineering and operations teams.
• Define KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics.
• Conduct performance reviews and succession planning.
• Drive knowledge management and technical skill development.
• Lead network integration for mergers and acquisitions.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with security, cloud, and apps.
