Job summary

CSL Behring seeks a Director, Global Network & Connectivity Services to define and operationalize the enterprise strategy for global network platforms, including LAN/WAN, cloud, and security. You will lead a globally distributed team, partner with Security, Cloud, and Application teams, and drive standardized, resilient connectivity for R&D, manufacturing, and corporate operations.

Reporting to this position are 5-6 direct reports and an offshore MSP team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Engineering, or Science; MBA desirable.
• 12+ years in enterprise IT infrastructure with network focus.

Responsibilities

• Define and own global network strategy and operating model across regions.
• Establish reference architectures and roadmaps for site operations and cloud.
• Reduce complexity via standardization and manage regulatory requirements.
• Ensure end-to-end availability, performance, and resilience of connectivity services.
• Own SLA metrics and drive proactive risk mitigation and capacity planning.
• Lead managed services governance with vendors and MSPs.
