Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• 20+ years of enterprise network experience.
• 10+ years leading global network operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global Network Operations team responsible for availability and support of enterprise networks.
• Ensure resilient, highly available network services across sites and data centers.
• Own incident, problem, change, and service management for network operations.
• Drive deployment readiness with Architecture/Engineering on supportability and handoff.
• Oversee monitoring, capacity planning, maintenance, and disaster recovery readiness.
• Lead major incident response and root-cause analysis for critical events.
• Advocate automation, observability, and AI-enabled operations to improve MTTR.
• Define and report service health objectives, KPIs, SLAs, and scorecards.
• Manage relationships with network service providers and vendors.
• Mentor and develop a global operations team with a customer-first culture.
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity, Manufacturing IT, Network Architecture for reliable services.
• Communicate health risks and recovery plans to senior leadership.
