Job summary

Princess Cruises seeks a Director, Network Solutions and Operations to lead the Network Platform for 17 ships and shoreside operations within the Global Connectivity IT organization. You will translate complex network strategies into measurable business outcomes and own end-to-end network reliability, security, and governance.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in enterprise network engineering and infrastructure
• Global perspective and experience working with international teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication with ability to translate technical content for executives
• Leadership of geographically distributed teams and budget ownership
• Experience in cruise line or maritime operations is a significant plus

Responsibilities

• Define and drive multi-year network strategy aligned to business goals
• Oversee end-to-end Network and Connectivity Operations (shipboard and shoreside)
• Lead RCA and problem resolution to drive systemic improvements
• Manage vendor relationships and contract negotiations for network services
• Develop team structure, roles, and career development paths
• Partner with HR and senior leadership on workforce planning and performance management
