Job summary

Everest Global Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Network Engineer II to design, implement, and support enterprise network and security solutions across global data centers, Azure cloud environments, and branch locations.

You will drive modernization initiatives and serve as a Level 3 escalation point for critical incidents. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in routing/switching, cloud networking, and secure access technologies, including Palo Alto firewalls, Cisco SD-WAN, and Zscaler,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or Network Engineering (equivalent experience considered).
10+ years in enterprise network engineering/operations; 5+ years supporting global environments.
Proven track record leading large scale network transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

Architect, implement, and maintain enterprise network and security solutions across on-prem, hybrid, and Azure cloud environments.
Lead network modernization and Cisco SD-WAN deployments; optimize WAN resiliency and application performance across global sites.
Engineer and support Zscaler (ZIA, ZPA, ZDX), Palo Alto firewalls (Panorama, VM-Series), and Zero Trust / network segmentation.
Administer Infoblox DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM) and support DNS modernization and automation.
Manage Forescout NAC, Cisco Wireless LAN Controllers, and enterprise Wi-Fi.
Support routing & switching (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP), Layer 2/3 architectures, VLANs, VRFs, QoS, and high-availability design.
Manage, configure, and troubleshoot SFTP and FTP file transfer solutions.
Act as Level 3 escalation for major incidents; lead root cause analysis and mentor operations/engineering teams.
Independently lead and manage projects from inception to completion.
