Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Manager, Climate Strategy to lead the strategy, execution, and governance of the firm’s global net zero and science-based target commitments. This role sits within the Corporate Sustainability team and drives enterprise-wide decarbonization across operations and the value chain.

The leader will own development and implementation of net zero strategy, tracking environmental performance, and partnering with stakeholders to deliver measurable emissions

Qualifications

• 7+ years in sustainability, ESG, climate strategy, or related field.
• Strong expertise in GHG accounting, climate frameworks (SBTi, CDP, GRESB, GRI).
• Proven experience managing complex cross-functional programs and implementing change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of Net Zero and SBT strategy with roadmaps and execution plans.
• Manage decarbonization initiatives across operations, supply chain, travel, and real estate.
