Qualifications

• Minimum Level III in RT and UT, and Level III in two of MT/PT/VT with willingness to advance.
• 3–5 years of NDE inspection or QA experience in industrial/manufacturing settings.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specs and technical documents.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and write global NDE procedures, acceptance criteria and techniques.
• Standardize high-quality NDE operations across Flowserve sites.
• Ensure compliance with industry codes, standards and customer specs.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering and quality teams to resolve NDE issues.
• Provide training to personnel on NDE techniques and procedures.
• Act as global NDE Certification Authority and stay updated on industry developments.
• Adhere to safety protocols and promote hazard identification and risk mitigation.
• Support vendor and customer NDE quality concerns requiring SME review.
