Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations Management, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 7–10 years of progressive supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 3+ years managing multiple sites or international operations.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, and materials flow.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems (Infor Visual).
• Familiarity with ISO9001, ISO13485 and AS9100 standards.
• APICS/CSCP, CPSM, or similar certification preferred.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (40–50%).

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate supply chain functions across multiple sites, including procurement, production scheduling, materials management, inventory control, and distribution.
• Develop and execute supply chain strategies that align with corporate objectives and support production efficiency and cost control.
• Partner with site leaders, operations, engineering, and finance teams for standardized processes and clear communication.
• Manage supplier selection, performance and relationships to ensure on-time delivery of materials at competitive costs.
• Oversee international supply chain operations, including import/export logistics and trade compliance.
• Monitor key supply chain metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Lead initiatives to optimize material flow and accuracy in production and inventory systems.
• Direct demand planning and capacity alignment to meet customer demand while minimizing excess inventory.
• Manage ERP/MRP implementation and optimization to improve data visibility.
• Develop and mentor supply chain staff and manage departmental budgets.
