Boehringer Ingelheim is seeking a Senior Principal Expert, Manufacturing Science & Technology to be the go-to technical and scientific authority for MSAT and Global Supply. You will influence product/process life cycles, mentor teams, and define future manufacturing platforms.

The role demands leading cross-functional projects, advancing technology standards, and ensuring regulatory and BI standards compliance across global teams.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in scientific discipline with 5+ years industry experience or equivalent.
• Master’s degree with 10+ years industry experience or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree with 14+ years industry experience or equivalent.
• Experience leading, influencing and developing people across the organization.
• Fluency in English is required; travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to technical and scientific expert for MSAT and Global Supply leadership.
• Lead development, maintenance and advancement of scientific knowledge for BI products and processes.
• Guide strategic decisions on new technologies and innovative manufacturing platforms.
• Mentor MSAT experts and lead cross-functional projects with defined scope and schedule.
• Ensure regulatory and BI standards compliance and effective communications with stakeholders.
