Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Taxation or related field preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with federal and state income taxes, social security, and payroll considerations.
• Prepare, review, and file tax returns and related deliverables for globally mobile employees.
• Provide guidance on tax equalization and protection policies to employees.
• Support internal teams and employees in understanding tax responsibilities for international assignments.
• Maintain accurate records to ensure tax compliance.
• Stay informed on tax policies and industry developments; collaborate with tax specialists.
• Serve as a main contact for employees on business trips and assignments.
• Facilitate communication between internal stakeholders and clients on tax matters.
• Assist in billing and tracking metrics for client engagements.
• Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication.
