Job summary

Vialto is seeking a dedicated Associate to join our global mobility practice in Atlanta. You will help prepare US individual income tax returns, analyze tax laws, and support cross-border assignments for inbound and outbound employees.

This hybrid, full-time role offers exposure to tax, immigration, and compensation programs, with opportunities to develop data analytics and digitization skills while collaborating with client teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, taxation, economics or business administration.
• Experience or knowledge in US individual income tax.
• Familiarity with cross-border payroll and mobility topics a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare US individual income tax returns for inbound and outbound employees.
• Research and analyze tax laws, rules and regulations affecting clients.
• Solve problems and prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
• Interact with client and Vialto management through written and verbal communication.
• Leverage automation and data digitization in professional services.
• Build and maintain internal and external networks.
