You will develop talent, coach staff, and use data to inform decisions while ensuring client expectations are met. The role requires leadership of a team, deep knowledge of expatriate tax programs, and proficiency with CRM systems.

Qualifikationen

• 7 years of experience in cross-border employee mobility and international tax.
• Certifications required: CPA, EA, Bar, GPHR or PHR.
• Experience leading teams and coaching staff.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and client relationships.
