You will shape policies, controls, and guidance for employees and business partners, collaborating with Payroll, Corporate Tax, Finance, Legal, and People functions.

The role emphasizes building governance, reporting, and scalable processes, while leveraging automation and AI tools to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years in global mobility tax, expatriate tax, or related field.
• Experience in both advisory and in-house mobility tax functions preferred.
• Ability to translate complex tax requirements into clear policies and controls.

Responsibilities

• Set global mobility tax framework, governance, and service model.
• Create policies for international/domestic travel, assignments, cross-border moves.
• Design end-to-end operating model including ownership and handoffs.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Tax, Finance, Legal, People, and leaders to guide decisions.
• Establish reporting, dashboards, and issue-management routines.
• Lead automation and AI-enabled improvements for case handling.
