Collaborate with clients to translate issues into clear tax logic and workflows. The role emphasizes client relationships, accurate reviews, and proactive problem solving in a fast-evolving AI-assisted tax

Qualifikationen

• CPA or EA designation and 5+ years in Global Mobility Tax.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. individual taxation and international tax concepts.
• Experience managing client relationships and multiple engagements, with strong written and verbal communication.
• Curiosity about AI and willingness to learn new tools to improve outcomes.

Aufgaben

• Manage and review U.S. individual tax compliance for expatriates and inbound/outbound assignees.
• Advise clients on cross-border tax matters and international assignments.
• Research complex tax questions, document conclusions, review returns and workpapers.
• Build trusted client relationships and manage multiple engagements through delivery.
• Translate client problems into product requirements with our product and engineering teams.
• Test AI-generated work against source documents and guide improvements.
• Identify repetitive manual work and redesign processes for accuracy and outcomes.
