Job Title: Global Mobility Specialist - 100% Remote
Job Description

The Global Mobility Specialist manages the operational aspects of employee mobility, focusing on immigration compliance, relocation support, assignment planning, and ensuring a seamless experience for mobile employees. This role requires strong knowledge of global mobility processes, international tax, and immigration regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end mobility processes, including immigration, tax, and relocation services.
  • Ensure compliance with immigration laws, tax regulations, and internal mobility policies.
  • Maintain accurate mobility data, dashboards, and reporting for internal stakeholders.
  • Provide guidance to employees and managers on global mobility policies, allowances, and procedures.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders such as HR, legal, finance, payroll, and tax to ensure policy alignment.
  • Develop and maintain assignment documentation, including letters, cost estimates, and compensation packages.
  • Oversee global immigration processes, including work permits and visa applications.
  • Support global mobility projects such as policy reviews, process improvements, and technology implementations.
Essential Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, International Relations, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in human resources, global mobility, expatriate management, or international HR.
  • In-depth understanding of global immigration, tax, and relocation processes.
  • Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities across cultures.
  • Experience with mobility management platforms and HRIS.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience supporting multiple regions (e.g., EMEA, APAC, Americas).
  • Experience working in a multinational environment.
  • Knowledge of Oracle systems.
  • Understanding of immigration law.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $90000.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
