United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Global Relocation Program Manager to coordinate and lead all aspects of our employee relocation program, including mobility, immigration, and tax for US domestic and international assignments.

The role requires building scalable relocation programs, partnering with internal stakeholders, and ensuring compliance. The position offers a comprehensive compensation package and extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of professional experience managing relocation programs for a global company.
• Experience with domestic and international relocation, immigration, and tax compliance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead all aspects of the relocation program for domestic and international moves.
• Design, implement, and execute global mobility policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with Global HR, Recruiting, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and Department Leaders.
• Provide guidance to stakeholders and employees on relocation matters.
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee third-party relocation service providers.
• Monitor industry trends and adapt programs to evolving business needs.
• Improve policies and processes to drive operational efficiencies.
• Consult on complex relocation matters including tax, immigration, and visa support.
