• Minimum 2 years of U.S. immigration or global mobility experience.
• Strong ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage U.S. immigration processes including visa sponsorship, renewals, petitions, permanent residency, and PERM.
• Serve as primary liaison for immigration inquiries from employees, managers, HR, and external counsel.
• Coordinate guidance from immigration vendors and ensure timely filings.
• Review and approve petitions and applications before submission.
• Provide guidance on timelines, requirements, and sponsorship decisions.
