Job summary

Qualifications

• Candidates must be graduating with a bachelor's degree between December 2025 and June 2026 in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, or other business-related degree with a clear technical interest.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including functions such as look up, pivot tables, and data modeling and transformation.
• Experience building dashboards or reports in PowerBI (or similar BI tools).

Responsibilities

• Rotational assignments across departments to gain exposure within the business for the first three years of the career.
• Capacity Planning: develop capacity planning tools, optimize efficiency and accuracy, and drive business decisions when quoting opportunities.
• Supply Chain: enhance planning processes to optimize production schedules, reduce inventory and improve delivery metrics (OTIF).
• Build and improve demand forecasts that drive production and inventory decisions.
• Create supply and production plans balancing customer demand, capacity, and cost.
• Manage raw materials and inventory and participate in IBP/S&OP meetings.
• Work with manufacturing, sales, procurement, and engineering teams to implement tools and drive adoption.
• Manufacturing Operations/Continuous improvement: drive efficiency, productivity and waste reduction.
