The Role You’ll Contribute

This position will be responsible for the overall coordination and execution of all Global Health Initiatives travel logistics. Highly organized yet flexible to change, able to work with multiple individual itineraries at the same time, troubleshoot and can adapt to last minute changes.

The Value You’ll Bring To The Team

• Manage the logistics for all AdventHealth mission trips, including but not limited to plane tickets, hotel reservations, ground transportation, insurance, and maintain a list of contacts for all vendors.
• Maintain documents for each trip, including a list of participants, contact information, application forms, authorization forms, deposits, travel itineraries, and required documents.
• Organize orientations and packing meetings for each trip. Inform participants of upcoming meetings; prepare trip schedules, cost estimates, handouts, and other orientation material as needed.
• Purchase plane tickets and travel insurance for trip participants and distribute copies to each participant.
