The role you’ll contribute:

This position is responsible for coordinating and executing all logistics for Global Health Initiatives travel. The role requires being highly organized, flexible to change, capable of managing multiple itineraries simultaneously, troubleshooting issues, and adapting to last-minute changes.

The value you’ll bring to the team:

• Manage logistics for all mission trips, including plane tickets, hotel reservations, ground transportation, insurance, and vendor contacts.
• Maintain documentation for each trip, including participant lists, contact info, application and authorization forms, deposits, travel itineraries, and required documents.
• Organize orientations and packing meetings, inform participants of upcoming meetings, and prepare schedules, cost estimates, handouts, and other materials.
• Purchase plane tickets and travel insurance for participants and distribute copies accordingly.

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

• High School diploma or GED.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Travel and Tourism.
