Hexagon Mining is seeking a Global Solution Delivery Manager to govern and optimize the delivery of mining solutions worldwide. You will coordinate regional delivery teams, global support, product management, and engineering to drive consistency, efficiency, and scalable deployments.

The role requires 8–12+ years in solution delivery and proven experience managing global programs. Travel and collaboration across cultures are expected in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of experience in solution delivery, project management, or operations in mining or industrial technology.
• Proven experience managing global or multi-region delivery programs and complex implementations.
• Experience with remote operations, autonomous systems, or mining technologies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern global delivery standards, methodologies, and best practices across regions.
• Oversee multi-region deployments, ensuring consistency and scalable delivery.
• Establish KPIs, monitor delivery timelines, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Global Support, Product Management, and Engineering to align delivery efforts.
• Lead retrospectives and drive continuous improvement across delivery functions.
