Job summary

DISA Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Minerals Processing Manager (Technical Services Manager) to lead global technical service activities and mentor a high-performing team.

The role requires oversight of lab testwork, pilot programs, and commissioning, with delivery of process engineering services for worldwide mining clients. The candidate will direct the Westminster, Colorado and Casper, Wyoming teams, and collaborate with multiple departments to align technical execution with DISA’s quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Mineral Processing Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or closely related engineering discipline
• 10+ years of mineral processing experience with progression in technical responsibility
• Experience designing, managing, and interpreting laboratory testwork programs
• Hands‑on field commissioning, optimization, and operational support at commercial mineral facilities
• Experience in flowsheet development and analysis
• Supervisory experience including performance management and mentoring engineering staff
• Experience contributing to technical proposals, project scoping, and pricing support

Responsibilities

• Lead a Technical Services team based in Westminster, CO and Casper, WY.
• Manage workload allocation to ensure timely deliverables.
• Conduct performance reviews and career development planning for direct reports.
• Review work to ensure quality aligns with industry standards and company requirements.
• Develop and implement laboratory and field SOPs for activities.
• Track work orders, support requests, project deliverables, and resources.
• Manage the Technical Services operating budget and deployment costs.
• Coordinate with BD, Engineering, Product, Operations, and R&D to support project delivery.
• Contribute to proposals, testwork programs, and pricing inputs.
• Oversee lab testwork at Westminster and pilot programs, commissioning activities, and optimization projects.
• Provide client-facing technical reports and act as primary client contact during projects.
• Perform process engineering calculations for equipment sizing and flowsheet development.
• Travel domestically and internationally up to 30%.
