Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering or related discipline and 10+ years of experience.
- Master’s or PhD in Metallurgical or Chemical Engineering preferred.
- Chartered Engineer or Professional Engineer registration is desirable.
- Experience leading mineral processing design and engineering projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead the growth, technical excellence, and strategic direction of the Mineral Processing practice.
- Define technical vision and lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers and metallurgists.
- Drive business development across base metals, precious metals, and industrial minerals globally.
- Mentor and develop the next generation of processing engineers and client solutions.
