AECOM is seeking a Mineral Processing Practice Leader to drive growth, technical excellence, and market leadership in our mineral processing business. This senior role offers global reach, autonomy, and the opportunity to shape the future of mineral processing within a leading mining practice.

Responsibilities include defining the technical vision, leading engineers and metallurgists, and expanding business across precious and base minerals worldwide. Travel globally is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering or related discipline with 10+ years of experience.
• Chartered Engineer (CEng) or Professional Engineer (PE) registration preferred.
• Experience in mineral processing design, consulting or EPCM environments.
• Willingness to travel globally and lead multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the growth, technical excellence, and strategic direction of the Mineral Processing practice.
• Define technical vision and lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers and metallurgists.
• Drive business development across metals and minerals markets globally.
• Mentor processing engineers and deliver client-focused solutions.
