Job summary

Qnity seeks an experienced IT professional to manage and maintain our Microsoft 365 tenant and related tools, providing run and support for a global organization and integrating M365 with global processes.

Responsibilities include monitoring services, implementing security controls, data migration, and collaboration with IT teams to ensure SLA-aligned service delivery. This role requires strong PowerShell scripting and extensive Microsoft 365 expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience, including with Exchange, on premise and/or online, administration.
• 2+ years of Microsoft 365 administration experience in an environment with over 10,000 users.
• Microsoft 365 or other Microsoft certifications a plus.
• Experience supporting users of Microsoft 365 globally.
• Advanced PowerShell scripting knowledge for extracting reports and data on demand.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor Microsoft 365 services.
• Document changes to the systems using change management best practices.
• Maintain a highly secure system through proper configuration and system access monitoring.
• Assist with the migration of large volumes of data into the cloud platform.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with user access to cloud services.
• Maintain an understanding of upcoming changes to the platforms to assist with user change management.
• Monitor and communicate to stakeholders the performance of the services.
• Ensure service delivery meets the business requirements, based on defined SLAs.
• Deliver consistent results for incident management and problem escalation.
• Champion the adoption of Microsoft 365 services as appropriate for our business.
• Assist with the creation of policies around the proper use of Microsoft 365 services and support.
• Collaborate with other IT staff to facilitate effective issue resolution.
