Job summary

Aquatech is seeking a full-time Microelectronics Project Manager to lead technical execution for global semiconductor, advanced packaging, solar, and data center projects. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams and interface with customers while guiding startups, commissioning, and turnover.

Ideal candidates have a mechanical/chemical/electrical/civil engineering background with 10+ years in industrial settings and strong leadership and communication skills for matrix organizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Civil or related).
• 10+ years of industrial experience in related fields.
• Experience in semiconductor, advanced packaging, solar manufacturing, or data centers preferred.
• Strong multidisciplinary engineering integration and matrix organizational execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical execution strategy and program alignment for microelectronics utility infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary technical teams across global execution.
• Support engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, commissioning, startup and turnover activities.
• Participate in risk mitigation and design reviews; develop scalable execution methodologies.
