Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience supporting industrial utility, semiconductor, or EPC projects.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing multidisciplinary project teams.
• Experience leading large-scale capital projects from concept through startup and operational turnover.
• Strong customer-facing leadership capabilities and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and direction for semiconductor and advanced manufacturing utility infrastructure programs.
• Drive program performance in scope, schedule, cost, quality, safety, risk, and customer satisfaction.
• Mentor and develop Project Managers, Engineers, SMEs, and staff across functions.
• Ensure alignment with Engineering, Projects, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning, and Operations organizations.
• Lead program reviews and establish ownership and decision-making authority.
• Promote a One Aquatech execution model focused on customer success.
