Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical discipline is required.
• Minimum 12 years of experience supporting industrial utility, semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, or EPC projects.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing multidisciplinary project teams.
• Strong customer-facing leadership capabilities and excellent communication, influence, negotiation, and organizational leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and direction for semiconductor and advanced manufacturing utility infrastructure programs.
• Build and maintain alignment across project stakeholders and execution teams.
• Drive program performance on scope, schedule, cost, quality, safety, risk, startup readiness, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead program reviews, establish ownership, accountability, and decision-making authority.
• Develop scalable execution methodologies to support multiple simultaneous projects.
• Coach and develop project managers, engineers, SMEs, and supporting staff.
