Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• MBA or professional certifications preferred.
• 7–10+ years of sourcing, procurement, or commodity management experience.
• Experience with metals commodities (steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper).
• Experience with global sourcing and supplier negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement global and regional commodity strategies for metals and metal-related products.
• Analyze market trends, indices, tariffs, trade regulations, and supply-demand dynamics.
• Create long-term sourcing plans to ensure price competitiveness and supply security.
• Identify opportunities to consolidate spend and leverage volumes.
• Lead supplier negotiations for pricing, contracts, lead times, and service agreements.
• Manage supplier performance with KPIs on Quality, Cost, Delivery, Innovation, and Sustainability.
