Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with metal components and supplier-facing roles.
• Familiarity with PPAP, APQP, 8D, and GD&T concepts.
• Strong project management and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead metal manufacturing projects from sample to full production.
• Advise on methods, materials, and finishing options.
• Assess technical feasibility and manufacturing readiness.
• Review prints for tolerances and callouts; flag revisions.
• Evaluate RFQs for technical accuracy and questions.
• Oversee vendor management and supplier performance.
• Travel for factory tours and vendor audits.
• Collaborate with Quality on non-conforming parts and inspections.
• Communicate status to sales and clients; escalate risks.
• Lead kickoff meetings with clients and vendors.
• Provide status updates to stakeholders.
