Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Sr. Program Manager for Merchandising & Field Branding to define the multi-year program strategy for Amazon Leo’s merchandise function and to own end-to-end execution.

The role partners with Leo's leadership, marketing and cross-functional teams to build customer-facing campaign strategy, scale branded experiences globally, and drive long-term brand engagement through data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
• 5+ years of developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables).
• Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.
• Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the multi-year program strategy for Leo merchandise, aligning with broader Amazon Leo business goals.
• Establish the strategic framework, goals, and success metrics for the entire merchandise function.
• Translate executive priorities into actionable program roadmaps and resource plans.
• Lead go-to-market planning and campaign execution for the customer-facing Leo merch store.
• Partner with marketing teams and strategic alliance partners to position merch as a tool for customer engagement.
