Job summary

Jane Street is seeking a Swag Program Manager to lead the firm's global merchandise program, supporting recruiting, onboarding, culture initiatives, and outreach. You will work with Recruiting, Events, and Design teams across the firm and coordinate with external production, warehousing, and logistics partners.

You will turn goals into roadmaps, forecast demand, develop new products with Design, own vendor relationships, and run day-to-day operations for inventory and shipping.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in merchandising, product development, buying, supply chain, operations, procurement, or logistics.
• Experience developing physical products such as apparel or promotional merchandise.
• Knowledge of production and decoration methods and tradeoffs on quality, cost, and lead time.
• Comfortable building forecasts and models from multiple data sources.

Responsibilities

• Turn goals into program roadmaps, forecast demand, and keep projects on schedule.
• Develop new products with the Design team that feel current and true to the brand.
• Own vendor relationships and vet/match vendors to projects as needed.
• Run the day-to-day operations that keep global products, inventory, and shipping running smoothly.
• Define success metrics, report on program health, and improve processes as the program scales.
