Job summary

The International Crane Foundation (ICF) seeks a Membership Manager to engage, retain, and grow our membership community while advancing our conservation mission. This full-time role is based at our Baraboo, WI headquarters with a hybrid schedule (2–3 days remote) and occasional travel to engage supporters across the United States.

You will develop innovative strategies to attract and retain members, work with colleagues to connect supporters to conservation impact, and serve as an ambassador

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in membership, fundraising, marketing, communications, audience engagement, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience with mission-driven organizations preferred.
