Our global headquarters is located in Baraboo, WI, located on 250 acres and surrounded by beautiful restored native prairies. We are seeking an experienced and mission-driven Chief Financial Officer to provide leadership for global financial management, planning, compliance, and stewardship across ICF's international programs and operations to support our conservation goals.
This full-time position offers a starting annual salary between $140,000 - 150,000. The CFO serves as a key strategic advisor to the CEO, Senior Leadership Team, and Board of Directors, leading financial strategy, long-range financial planning, enterprise risk management, internal controls, treasury management, financial compliance, and organizational stability. You will lead and mentor a talented international finance team that supports operations in the United States, Africa, and Asia, ensuring financial practices remain effective, compliant, and aligned with organizational goals.
